One of our church member families, the Bakers, have a large fifth-wheel trailer on their property that they would like to rent out, preferably to an Adventist church member. The trailer is very clean and in excellent condition. Rent is $350 per month and includes water, sewage, garbage and electricity. A full rental contract and references will be required.
